Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel it anytime for a full refund.
Please note: This does not apply to customized or assembled items.
2. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the product must be:

Unworn / unused

With all original tags intact

In the original packaging

In clean, resalable condition

Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and custom-build reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Assembled rackets

Shoes & apparel

Customized or personalized products

Sale/discounted items

Gift cards
4. Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item; once your return is approved, you may place a new order.
Free One-Time Exchange Policy:
We offer a one-time free exchange for sizing issues (e.g., shoes) or genuine product mismatches.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The item is defective, OR
-
The wrong item was shipped
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Damaged / Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item:

It must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Along with unboxing video and/or clear photo proof
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Refund Method
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund Options:

Original payment method, or
-
Store credit (as per customer preference)
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or wrong-item delivery.
8. Processing Time

Return review: 2–4 business days after the item reaches us

Refund issuance: 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method/bank

Store credit: Within 24 hours of approval

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
